This Customer Loyalty Program (the "Program") is brought to you by FLAVOR'S CARIBBEAN RESTAURANT BOYNTON BEACH. (Boynton Beach Location Only) Participation in this Program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Program is open to all customers of FLAVOR'S CARIBBEAN RESTAURANT BOYNTON BEACH who are legal residents. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.

FLAVOR'S CARIBBEAN RESTAURANT BOYNTON BEACH reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to members via email or through our website.

Points earned under the Program have no cash value and are non-transferable. They may only be redeemed for rewards, as specified by FLAVOR'S CARIBBEAN RESTAURANT BOYNTON BEACH.
